Week 7: McDonald's Big Mac

Last weekend after church my sister and I went to McDonald's for lunch. When I got there I had ordered a Big Mac this burger has two beef patties, yellow American cheese, ripped lettuce, diced onions, pickles and topped off with their secret sauce on three buns that split the patties. The first time I got this burger I was expecting a bigger burger like the commercials. This burger takes me two to get filled up, that's why its pretty small. This burger has a total cost meal of $5.69 which comes with a soda and french fries. Out of everything I give the burger a 7 because how I was expecting it to be bigger and the taste isn't that convincing. The atmosphere was not that sanitary because their was trash on the floors and the table was sticky do to the syrup that is served in breakfast. Then the fountain drinks area isn't that well organized because the tops are all over the place and there was ketchup on the counter top. I really don't like that personally because it makes you uncomfortable to eat there. The good thing about it is there is a play place for kids to play around.

Week 6: Carl's Jr Six Dollar Teriyaki Burger

This past Friday my family and I went to go eat a the famous Carl's Jr there I got was the Six Dollar Teriyaki Burger. This burger comes in with a charbroiled patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, Swiss cheese, a slice of pineapple, Teriyaki sauce, mayo in a sesame seed bun. This burger at first tasted pretty bad but over the years I had began to like it. You can taste the sweetness from the pineapple and the sweetness from the sauce. Out of a ten rate scale I will give this a seven because you get messy from the sauce  The combo comes with any size drink and any size of fries. The cost for the combo is six dollars like it says on its name. The Carl's I went to was a good atmosphere and it was across the street from the Buena Park mall, then the place is clean and the employees are nice people. This is a good taste overall.

Week 5: No Restaurant

This past week I couldn't go out to eat in a restaurant because not only did I have money to purchase and my parents didn't let me go out. So  I passed this week by thinking of the different restaurants I haven't gone too or the different foods I haven't tried. So this week I have been planning to try a different type of fast food restaurant. This will help me see the different tastes of the OC and not just the regular foods that are around the country. I plan to start getting information about the different restaurants or the different types of foods that people love and give them a good rating. Then I predict to start making my blogs similar to theirs by giving them honest rates so people won't be surprised the dish if they are interested by it. So I believe that I will go to different restaurants so people will get more interested when visiting the OC boundaries.

Week 4: Rain Forest Cafe (Downtown Disney)

Last weekend my family and I went to Downtown Disney to go to the Rain Forest Cafe. That place was amazing in so many ways because the employees that work there are amazing and so is the atmosphere. In the restaurant it is two stories and it is a good replica of the rain forest because they have fake trees and ape, elephants, and butterfly figurines that move once and a while there are affects imitating a thunderstorm. Before you enter the restaurant you have to go through the Rain Forest Cafe shop which is good for tourist then after that their is a fish tank you have to pass to officially get inside. The only thing about the Cafe  is the wait because when we went for dinner we had to wait a two hour wait to get inside. Then  the food is tasty, the dish i got was the Taste of The Islands which had crispy coconut shrimp, Tilapia with mango's on top and shrimp with scallops on a dish and it came with a side of french fries which costed 27 dollars and to drink I got a Rain Forest Ricky which is a blend of fruit juices. To top it off we ordered a Volcano which vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and brownies covered with melted chocolate.

Week 3: Pizza Hut Supreme Pizza and Cinnamon Sticks

This past weekend my brother ordered Pizza Hut from delivery. He got two Supreme pizzas with cinnamon sticks on the side. From my point of view I believe that this pizza is better than Little Caesars because the taste is more fresh. The supreme pizza has  a combination of pepperoni, beef, sausage, mushrooms, onions and crisp green peppers. The good thing about it is inside the crust there is stretchable cheese. Pizza hut gives you the option to make you customize the pizza and it costs ten dollars each. The cinnamon sticks are fresh from the oven because it is warm once you get it they have a sweet sensation in your mouth. The sticks cost 4.50 for each. The good thing about Pizza Hut is you can order on any device and the delivery guy will arrive at your house in the estimate of your house distance to the closest location.

Week 2: Little Caesar's Pizza

Yesterday when I finished practice when I got home I came to some Little Caesar's Pizza. I ate two different types of pizzas on was pepperoni and the other was Hawaiian style. We usually get Little Caesars because the pizza is a low cost. The flavor of the pizza is an average because sometimes the pizza either comes out soft while sometimes the crust comes out hard that its hard to chew. Then you can taste that some of the ingredients aren't artificial for example the cheese comes of when you just take one bite out of the pizza. The pepperoni is salty at times. For the Hawaiian pizza the crust is softer and the pizza in general is twice as better than the pepperonis but they cost a bit more then five dollars. Anyways the pizza there is cheap to buy because its only five dollars on the go so you can save up in your pocket.

Week 1: Farmer Boy's Breakfast Hotcake Combo

This past weekend I went to Farmer Boy's for breakfast and while I was there I ordered the Hotcake Combo. The combo came with two soft hotcakes, scrambled eggs, and your choice of  two strips of bacon or two sausages. Then as a drink you can order between coffee, milk, or orange juice. Farmer Boy's is known for their fresh food because every bite you take from either breakfast, lunch or dinner you can taste the fresh food that they make. My family loves to go there because we loved the food and service that they serve. They have given us great service because we have never gotten the wrong meal, they kindly ask us if we want more coffee, the manager is active in the restaurant by walking around picking up trash outside and handling the plates and coffee. The prices of the hotcake combo is that its reasonable because it is  cheap to buy.
